2006 Syrah “In Your Own Time”
Very Northern Rhone, Côte-Rôtie style. With a game, cloves, black pepper spice and toasted marshmallow nose.
This is a full-bodied wine filled with a lot of dark fruit and herbs, savory flamours, low tannins and a good acid balance. It has a very nice long finish with the spice and blackberry returning.
This wine is unfiltered and unfined; sediment is expected and natural.
