Another caller advised two subjects involved jumped some fences and were hiding ina chicken coop. Officers responded and were checking the front of the housewhen the front door swung open and two pit type dogs were released into the front yard. Off Armstrong tried to calm her down in the parking lot but the (S) was too worked up. Officer observed a 505 vehicle in the area. The suspect vehicle realized thatunits were following itand took off at a high rate of speed. Additionally, Officers learned Daniels was listed as a suspect in a home invasion that occurred on 6/8/19. Officer responded to the area and he located a possible suspect vehicle and conducted a stop. No weapons were seen during the incident. The suspect admitted to being up for over 30 hours and appeared to be delusional. They advised the (S) was acting erratic and throwing stuff out of the house.
